Recovery Resources

HepC & HIV Assistance

It is estimated that 64,000 Oregonians are living with Hep-C and approximately 2/3 do not know they are infected.

In terms of HIV, 1 in 5 people who are infected with the virus are unaware of their positive infection status.

Knowing your status is a step in the reduction of the spread of these two diseases and offers a connection to care services.

Clients are offered a counseling session after participating in an educational session in HIV and HepC.  In that session, if the client qualifies and chooses to be tested, testing is done on site with results available in 2-4 weeks.
